Shipping and Charges

Q: What is your shipping policy?

A: We provide free shipping for orders of more than QAR 99.
If your order is lesser than QAR 99, then you'll have to bear a delivery charge or QAR 30.

SHIPPING CRITERIA
Orders can only be shipped within the country you are shopping in. You cannot ship to anywhere outside of that country. For example, if you are shopping in the Qatar online store, you can only ship to locations within Qatar.


IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION
For prepaid orders, a signature is required upon the receipt of the shipment. For Cash On Delivery Orders, a signature may or may not be taken. 
Once the package has been signed for, the product is no longer under Sun & Sand Sports liability.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Sun & Sand Sports is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.
If you want to return your order, please visit your nearest Sun & Sand Sports store with the item you want to return.
If your order has already been placed, you can no longer edit your order or change your address.
If you want to cancel your order, log into your account and go to ‘My Orders’. For guest users, go to the ‘Track Your Order’ page. 
You can cancel your order up until the point where you receive a notification email that the items have been dispatched and sent to the address specified by you. If the items have been dispatched, your order can no longer be canceled.
 

Q: What if I received a damaged item?

A: In the rare case where you receive an item that has already been damaged, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible and our team will be more than glad to sort this for you.
Normally, our team will always do their best to ensure that our customers receive fully functioning products with 0% damage or defects, and with the best quality.

Q: What if I don’t want the order anymore?

A: You can cancel your order from your account if it has not been shipped yet. This will send a notice to our warehouse team to stop fulfilling the order and initiate the refund request.

To cancel your order, follow the below steps if you’re using the website or the mobile application:

  1. Sign in to your account
  2. Click on the profile icon on the top-right corner of the website or bottom-right corner of the mobile app
  3. Click on ‘My Orders’
  4. Choose the order you’d like to cancel and the option to cancel will be shown if the order is not shipped yet.

If you want to cancel an order that has been shipped, you may do so by informing the delivery agent that you no longer want to receive it, and the delivery team will cancel the attempt and inform the team to initiate the cancellation & refund request.

Refund will be as follows:

  • Refunds on Cash On Delivery (COD) orders will be credited to your SSS eWallet, which can be used for future purchases. Any future purchases will be subject to the same COD/shipping fee procedures, if applicable. 
  • Credit Card returns will be credited back to your credit card.
  • Value Added Tax (VAT) on the product purchased will be refunded.
